Accredited Specialist in Costs Law
Anna was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1986. Prior to practising as a solicitor, she was a barrister at the Victorian Bar. Since 2002, she has practiced exclusively as a costs lawyer before joining Kirk Barclay as a consultant in 2006. Anna is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Costs Law since 2010, and currently acts as Chair of the LIV Costs Law Advisory Committee which sets the costs law specialisation examinations for lawyers, a position she has held since 2015.

Andrew was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Australian High Court in 1986. He has over 30 years of experience working as a construction and engineering lawyer. Andrew has worked in private legal practice, as project-based counsel on the Melbourne City Link project and as in-house general counsel. He has considerable experience in both front-end legal work and dispute resolution.
